Wafaa+ and Wafaa+ Partner are services provided by Diode Info Solutions, headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy and Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), Law No. 30 of 2018.

1. Information We Collect

We collect various types of information when you use the Wafaa+ app or Wafaa+ Partner platform:

• Personal Information: Including your name, phone number, email, and membership or business details.
• Location Data: If permitted, we may collect your GPS location to provide nearby offers, store suggestions, or business analytics.
• Device & Technical Data: Includes your IP address, device type, OS version, and language preferences for performance and translation support.
• Usage Data: Information about your interactions with offers, redemptions, wallet top-ups, offer management, and transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to improve your experience and ensure the secure functioning of our services. Specifically, we use it to:

• Deliver personalized and relevant offers based on your membership level, location, or business needs.
• Track and manage your reward points, redemptions, offer creation, and transactions.
• Send important updates and promotional notifications (opt-out available).
• Maintain internal analytics and ensure system performance for both customers and partners.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We collect and process your data only when legally permitted under PDPL. This includes situations where:

• You have given explicit consent
• Processing is required to fulfill our services to you
• We are legally obligated to retain data
• It is in our legitimate business interests and not overridden by your rights

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as required by law. Inactive accounts may be archived or anonymized after 12 months of inactivity.

We do not sell or rent your data. Data is only shared with authorized vendors under signed confidentiality agreements, and only for the purpose of analytics, hosting, or customer support. All processors are fully compliant with Bahrain’s data protection laws.

• Withdraw consent at any time
• Object to certain processing activities

Wafaa+ is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data has been collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

We may occasionally update this policy to reflect changes in our practices. All changes will be posted here with updated revision dates. Continued use of Wafaa+ or Wafaa+ Partner after changes implies your acceptance.

تُشغّل خدمات وفاء+ ووفاء+ الشريك بواسطة Diode Info Solutions، ويقع مقرها في مملكة البحرين. نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحمايتها وفقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية البحريني رقم 30 لسنة 2018.

1. البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها

• البيانات الشخصية: مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، مستوى العضوية أو تفاصيل العمل.

• متابعة وإدارة نقاط المكافآت، الاستردادات، إنشاء العروض، والمعاملات
• إرسال تنبيهات وعروض خاصة (مع خيار إلغاء الاشتراك)
• التحليلات الداخلية وتحسين الأداء للعملاء والشركاء

3. الأساس القانوني للمعالجة

نعالج البيانات فقط وفقًا للقانون البحريني، عند:

• موافقتك الصريحة
• لتنفيذ الخدمات المطلوبة
• وجود التزامات قانونية
• وجود مصلحة تجارية مشروعة

4. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطًا. يتم حذف أو إخفاء الحسابات غير النشطة بعد 12 شهرًا.

5. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع أو نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف غير مصرح بها. نستخدم فقط مزودين موثوقين، وتتم المعالجة ضمن إطار قانون حماية البيانات.

7. الأمان

نستخدم التشفير والأنظمة الآمنة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقدان أو التعديل.

8. خصوصية الأطفال

الخدمة مخصصة للأشخاص فوق 13 عامًا. لا نجمع بيانات من الأطفال دون هذا السن.

9. التعديلات

قد نقوم بتحديث السياسة بشكل دوري، مع نشر التحديثات على هذه الصفحة. الاستمرار في استخدام وفاء+ أو وفاء+ الشريك بعد التغييرات يعني قبولك بها.
